From the beginning, Keith wanted to create a company that offered more than just installations and he began offering Energy Maintenance Agreements to make sure that all his customers rely on First Choice for maintaining each customer’s home comfort. Today, hundreds of area homeowners rely on First Choice for maintaining and caring for their home HVAC needs.
A turning point came about in 2008, when the collapse of the home builder market caused First Choice to make a greater turn toward residential service and replacement. Continuing on the service foundation built from day one, First Choice is growing and serving the greater Fredericksburg market with affordable and energy-efficient home solutions with some of the best warranties in the business.
